Who CIS Security is
CIS Security is one of Lebanon’s most established security companies, operating continuously since 1990 from its office in Jdeide, Beirut, with nationwide coverage across all nine governorates. The core business is manned guarding: uniformed, licensed personnel placed on site and supervised — supported by CCTV and AI-assisted surveillance, electronic access control, GPS tracking, risk assessment, crisis management and security consulting.
Recruitment, training, deployment and supervision all run under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and every deployed guard holds a valid Lebanese security guard licence. The certificate is available on request. The company works in Arabic, English and French, and is led by General Manager / CEO Carlos M. Kfoury.
Since 1990 CIS has protected hundreds of properties across Lebanon and trained more than 2,000 guards. Past contracts and engagements have included banks and financial institutions, embassies and diplomatic facilities, hospitals, and international organisations — including contract work with UN agencies (UNICEF; UNGM vendor registration). Licensing — of the guards, not just the company
Ask whether every guard who will stand on your site holds a valid Lebanese security guard licence, and ask to see them. A company licence says nothing about the person at your door.
